- Medicines : Intake of any medicine during pregnancy can be very harmful for the baby as well as for the soon to be mama. If your doctor has suggested a certain type of medication during this period then only consume that. Intake of wrong medicines can cause vomiting during labour.
- Allergies : There can be some food products that can cause side effects during the labour if you’re not careful. Even if you’re not allergic to it, some food items can cause nausea which can result in vomiting. It’s always safe to consult your doctor for everything.

- Drink water – Drinking water during this time is really important. Having a hydrated body has many benefits not only during labour but also in general.
- Eat healthy – When someone says eat healthy, it doesn’t mean you’re supposed to eat spicy food. Eating bland food will be helpful. You can add some fruits to it to make it interesting for your taste buds.
- Cold items – You can place some cold items on your face or neck to make sure it doesn’t make you feel dizzy or nauseous. Cold items such as ice packs, wet cloth washed from cold water or cold peas.
